Beverley's Georgian town centre sits within easy walking distance of Fox Cottage, a grade II listed property dating to the 1780s. Inside, the cottage retains period character: exposed wooden floors, a wood burner in the living room, and a roll-top bath upstairs. The ground floor holds a living room and separate dining room (which seats four), plus a galley kitchen with electric oven, hob, microwave and washing machine. Upstairs are two double bedrooms, each 4ft 6in. One well-behaved pet stays free of charge. The essentials—electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi—are covered, with initial fuel for the wood burner supplied.

An enclosed garden with patio and barbecue opens from the kitchen. There's bike storage on site and on-road parking. The property is non-smoking, and a step leads into the garden.
