Booked through a third party app. Said had no A/C but when got to the room there was Aircon which was a relief as it was a hot night during this heatwave. Glad for it as I had a job interview the next day and was refreshed with a good night's sleep and also there was a Free breakfast. Room was clean, bed comfy and wasn't noisy. Location is good for Bicester Village. Was good value for money.

Clean, and quiet rooms, needs some retouch w8th refresh the walls. Brilliant service, very pleasant visit. I was a bit embarrassed that I left poo marks in the toilet bowl (no toilet brush!). Seals in the windows need to be maintained as well maybe just silicone spray, as in the night noise from roads was a bit to high. Nicely located, close to famous posh Bicester Village. Good connection to the highway. Carpark on the site

It was a fantastic experience. First of all, the hotel’s location is excellent—it’s situated in a quiet area, yet easily accessible with straightforward directions. The peaceful surroundings made for a relaxing stay. The main building is simple yet elegant, giving a welcoming and modern impression. Inside, the dining hall is particularly impressive—spacious, beautifully decorated, and providing a pleasant atmosphere for meals. As for the room, it was standard in size but well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. Additionally, most of the staff were friendly and warm, which truly enhanced the overall experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future!

Staff friendly. Plenty of parking. Pizza meal deal in the evening is very good value. Room was clean and fresh, however the toilet could have done with a deep clean around the seat fixings. Breakfast was plentiful. We have a relaxing stay.
