I Had my childs birthday party here. The kids had a great time and its an ideal soft play for a party. My child & friends loved it. After 45 minutes play, the kids were asked to come up onto the balcony for a party game and a meal. The only criticism was that the party leaders were really quietly spoken and didn't really get the kids attention to enjoy the party game or understand the instructions. ( the kids mostly all aged 4/5 so needed a bit of enthusiasm for them to participate). The game was quite difficult for them to understand and most of the kids didn't know what to do. Alot of them ran off and went back into the soft play via the opening on the balcony and it was quite hard get them all back for their meal. A game like Pass the parcel would have probably been more enjoyable for their age. I also thought that the stairs could have been doing with a stair gate as there was a few younger kids aged 1/2 and felt a bit unsafe incase they fell down.

What a lovely place to take the children. Lots for them to do, a large area for parties as well as a beautifully clean dining and seating area. The staff are super friendly and informative, food is fresh and very nice, great quality too. The triple slide is super fast and the kids loved how many different bits there are to play on. Will definitely be back again. It's our number 1 so far.
