Stayed on business and would rather pick another hotel. Does what it says on the tin, convenient, rooms good with air con. Noisy and cleaning could be better. Some staff are well trained caring & considerate yet others were the opposite. Didnt like the fact we had a menu order form for the evening stuck in our face at 07:00 requesting we book a time and what we want to eat. Pub next door is a lot cheaper and more of a menu.

We stayed here for one night as a family of 4, to break up a long journey. The hotel was easy to find, conveniently placed from the M5 and check in was simple. Parking was free - huge bonus! Our room had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was brilliant - plenty of choice for all of us. Special shout out to Dash who greeted us at check in and was around at breakfast time too. She was extremely friendly and welcoming!

Room was spacious with a nice big bed. Clean and tidy throughout. Shower cubicle was large and water pressure was great with a good supply of hot water. Breakfast was good. Basic cooked breakfast that's hot as well as continental options. Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy to find with plenty of parking. Haven't stayed here before, but would definitely do so again.

The room was small but manageable, and the bathroom was quite nice. The hotel features a convenient bar for drinks and snacks, and breakfast is included with the stay. However, the breakfast service was disappointing during peak times; the buffet was empty about half the time, and there was a 20-minute wait for food. On the positive side, if you go between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM, the service is excellent and the food is amazing."
