Soft play was ridiculously hot and it wasn't even hot outside. Also I thought over £10 for a 3 year old and a 7 month old baby was far too much for what it had to offer. Staff were nice and it was pretty clean though

Really difficult to find the entrance as there is no signage if you are going by foot. The staff were lovely and the facilities where clean but ruined by much more expensive than the equivalent sessions at other Bristol pool and the fact that the lockers are a non refundable pound is just greedy from Better.

The sports hall is a poorly ventelated basement. The gym has a very limit amount of equipment and is constantly full of children, ten year olds taking up the only bench press anytime after 3pm. The wifi is so bad I struggle to get into the gym with the crummy barcode scan with app system. I have to pre-download podcasts otherwise I'm stuffed. The only saving grace is that the gym is mostly clean. Mostly.

Lovely staff, always friendly and super helpful. The gym and changing rooms are always really clean and stocked full of loads of different kinds of equipment. The classes are always really informative and the instructors always make you feel fully supported with lots of different levels and equipment to use. Can’t express how much I love this particular gym and more importantly how safe it feels
