Ground floor living spaces in Linden Lodge flow into one another—a sitting room with Smart TV, a kitchen fitted for proper cooking (electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher), and a dining table that seats thirty. Five bedrooms are here too, ranging from a double with single bed to bunks and singles. The annexe, a separate structure on the same grounds, holds two further bedrooms of single beds—one with eight, one with five—and its own shower room. Four bathrooms total serve the property, with baths, showers and walk-in cubicles between them. Two private hot tubs sit in the garden, along with a barbecue area and furniture for sitting out.
Linden Lodge takes the whole party at once—all 26 guests, one dog included if needed (it stays free). Electricity, heating, wi-fi, bed linen and towels come as standard. Ten cars fit in the private parking; smoking is not permitted indoors. The property works for large gatherings, family reunions or group holidays. Bath lies under 10 miles away by car, offering Georgian architecture, the Roman Baths and thermal spa. Bristol is equally close. Lacock and Castle Combe—villages used for Harry Potter, Downton Abbey and other films—are also within easy reach.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! If we could give zero stars, we would! The venue was in a poor state of repair, with multiple issues such as broken hot tubs, ovens, sockets, WIFI, showers. The games room was a joke with a dart board that was was older than us, and a juke box that had a broken wire. And on the juke box, the owner decided to charge us for its damage, even though it had nothing to do with us, and kept a large portion of the deposit as a result. This owner clearly does this a lot, as they knew every trick in the book to keep our deposit. Avoid this place!!!!

An unwelcoming place, rules signs everywhere with threats of loss of deposit. Mould on the inside of the single glazed windows, sticky and unclean surfaces, spiders everywhere inside. Only 1 double bed out of the sleeps 20+ people. Weak showers with a lack of storage or general functionality. Walls on the stairs and around the place were grubby and needed repainting. The outer building with the additional beds smelt fusty. The neighbour's dog was yapping constantly. Very very expensive for real poor facilities in my opinion.
