Absolutely lovely campsite in lovely area for all visits in the dales. Stayed a couple nights and loved it. Facilities are great modern and clean with great showers and toilet blocks. It has eletric pitches for touring and camping and is in a tranquil quiet location which is so peaceful. 10/10 would recommend. Even has a freezer and fridge for your food and ice packs. Simple camping and cheap

A friend and I were wild camping backpacking in the Dales and decided to have a night here as a bit of luxury. What a great decision we made. Perfectly flat pitch for our tents meant we had the best nights sleep of the week. Toilets and washup area we spotless and the grounds were well maintained. No hesitation in recommending to others or staying here again when in the area.

Fantastic location for us, lovely to have a pub more or less on site with a lovely warm fire and welcoming, friendly staff. We were there for the walking which we loved as access to all the countryside surrounding was easy. Especially appreciated the solving of the electrics on a Bank Holiday, having received a couple of electric shocks while showering in the otherwise very clean and modern toilet and shower block.

Fantastic Caravan / Camping / Motorhome site. Beautiful surroundings and family run. Ablutions are modern and immaculate. Simple check in process (with your name marked on your dedicated pitch - just rock up and set up on your dedicated pitch). The owners are lovely and even let me borrow a longer cable for electric hook-up. In the heart of Wensleydale with the North Yorkshire Dales in its surroundings. Dog friendly (must be on a lead) and a lovely pub / restaurant next door. 5 stars all round. 🙌
