We hired the venue for a party with full exclusive use. Staff were great, kids enjoyed the food, Courtney was superb. Was clean and the boys had the best party.

Went here on Friday for my twin granddaughters birthday. When the children went for something to eat there was only one princess chair, staff tried to find an alternative. Manger got involved and told family and friends it was not their fault because when they called to see if any children attending the party had any allergies the parents did not inform them the part was for twins, I think booking a birthday party with two names and same age would be a give away at the time, regardless the party was booked to celebrate 2 birthdays so why put out 1 princess chair. The managers solution was to take the chair off of one of my granddaughters when eating their meal. The floor was absolutely soaked we were told there must have been spillage from previous party unless there was a water fight I don’t think so. The princess curtains that was up had gaps in them and not hung properly. Cupcakes were brought in to give children after the party was finished as part of party bag, one parent caught the staff giving them out to another party that was going on, so they had to retrieve them back. Food was of poor quality, party area looked cheap and nasty and to top it off the managers parting comment was sorry you party did not go to plan. Manager did not step up to resolve any of the issues at all, if you pay somewhere to host a party you expect them to step up and make it special, the staff tried but manager was as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike I gave one star as play area okay. If you don’t like your child, want to ruin their birthday party Pandamonium is the place to go.

The staff and manager here are exceptional. She went above and beyond for me and my two asn kids when we accidentally showed up early to a private event and it was too busy for my eldest to go in. She had a very calming nature and seem to understand to help asn kids. Thankyou so much, you made a very tired mum's day! x

Needing a refurb and good clean! Mounds of dust, one of two trampolines closed off, go carts removed to make way for the toddler space. Food changed a while back, not for the better. Better places nearby
