The Firth of Clyde stretches out in front of Clyde View, a ground-floor lodge set near Langbank in Renfrewshire. Ben Lomond and the Argyll Hills rise beyond. A private hot tub sits on the decked area outside, facing those same views, with a gas barbecue and garden furniture for alfresco meals. The lodge sleeps two in one bedroom with a super king bed, and has a shower room and an open-plan living and dining space with French doors onto the decking.
The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, and everything else needed for self-catering. The living area has a smart TV and an electric fire. Bed linen, towels, heating and Wi-Fi are included. There is private parking for two cars. One well-behaved pet is welcome. The lodge does not permit smoking.
Langbank sits on the south bank of the River Clyde with good road access via the A8. Beyond the immediate area, the Firth of Clyde offers water-based activities and coastal walks, while Loch Long and the Argyll Hills are within reach for a day out.
