About PCK Thas Hotel
Rooms at PCK Thas Hotel come with en-suite bathrooms, comfy beds and fresh linen, and the showers hold decent pressure with a steady supply of hot water. Drinks are provided in the room, and family rooms are available for those travelling with children. That said, upkeep is not always consistent, and some rooms show their age more than others.
The hotel runs a 24 hour reception, so arrivals and queries can be dealt with at any time, and free WiFi is available throughout. Luggage storage is on hand for early arrivals or late departures, though service responsiveness has been flagged as an area that can let the place down. There is no on-site parking, but a chargeable public car park sits right next door, which guests have found convenient.
The location on Coop Street puts Blackpool's beach within easy reach, along with pubs, bars, restaurants and eateries nearby. Blackpool Tower is a short distance away, and Blackpool North station is about 1.08 miles off for those arriving by train. Walking and cycling routes, golf, fishing, watersports and entertainment venues are all within reach for guests wanting to fill their days.

The man who let us in and gave us our keys was friendly enough. Despite booking with two small children we were given a room right up three flights of stairs. The door didn’t lock properly and the hallway stank of weed. The child window locks weren’t actually attached just there for show. The beds were clean but the blinds and curtains all stained. It states tv and WiFi no WiFi and the tv in our room was smashed and just left smashed on the wall. The mirror was on the floor. The other decor was nice though. The bathroom had an open shower trap which stank the whole room out of eggs. The shower had a door missing that was just left in the bathroom and there was empty cold bottles left behind the toilet. Coffee cups clean and nice tray with tea sugar etc on. Wasn’t the worst but didn’t offer what we paid for.

Photos speak for themselves but the room was disgusting. even for the £35 we paid you’d atleast expect bedsheets to be clean and a useable shower. we had no door on our shower, the tap was extremely loose, tv smashed, windows didn’t feel secure, dents in bathroom door. mold inside the rooms and in corridor. there was a smell of marihuana in our room and the corridor. the reception wasn’t even open we had to sit in the bar to get keys. waited half an hour to get our keys because the staff member couldn’t find them. another group walked in there room and left just after looking, said they wasn’t coming back. you can’t contact them as they ignore you and booking.com are unable to come to an agreement of a refund with them.

We booked this property through Booking.com and it was one of the worst accommodation experiences we have ever had. The room was in a shocking and unacceptable condition. There was a strong smell of urine as soon as we entered, the bedding was clearly unclean, and one of the mattresses had pads placed over what appeared to be a wet, soiled area. This is not just poor standards — it is completely unhygienic. Behind the bed, there was extensive visible mould along the wall. This is a serious health hazard, especially as my daughter has asthma and a narrowed airway. Staying in that environment was unsafe and deeply concerning. The property description was also misleading. It advertised a “dressing room,” which in reality was nothing more than a bent hanging rail in the corner. This is not a dressing room by any reasonable definition. We attempted to contact reception multiple times and received no response. With no assistance available, we were left in an unacceptable situation and had no choice but to stay one night due to lack of alternatives. We left early the following day. This property should not be listed in its current condition. It fails basic standards of cleanliness, safety, and honesty in advertising. Booking.com should take responsibility for allowing this property to be advertised this way. Avoid this place entirely. It is not fit for gues

You get what you pay for! £21 for me and my mate to stay 1 night with our own bathroom. Checkin was a little unfriendly but quick and simple. We looked at reviews before arriving and were worried about what we had got ourselfs into, upon arriving we realised the people were just being really nit pickey for a horrifically cheap hotel. Besides from a few stains, a funky smelling bathroom and a big old wet patch it was perfect. I wouldn't recommend for pregnant people or really young children however if your a adult/teen looking for a quick place to crash its ideal!
