About Alandene
Park Road sits within easy reach of Blackpool's Tower and seafront, and it's on this residential stretch that Alandene makes its home. The B&B gives guests a straightforward base for exploring the town's promenade and attractions, without the need to worry about parking, as free on-site space is provided.
Rooms are en-suite, with family and accessible options available, and each comes with drinks provided. Breakfast is served each morning, with a kids' menu on offer too, and there's a bar and outdoor seating area for relaxing at the end of the day. Staff are on hand around the clock at reception, and laundry service is available for longer stays.
Beyond the front door, Blackpool's usual mix of pubs, restaurants and entertainment venues is close by, along with walking areas, golf and fishing for those wanting to get outdoors. It's a no-frills option for a seaside stay, with the essentials covered rather than added extras.

An excellent hotel with lovely staff. Enough room for us for the one night. Very clean. Very comfortable bed. Bedside table lamp. Great ensuite. Kettle. TV. Towels. Nice and quiet. Good solid walls. We parked on their driveway and walked into Blackpool. An absolute bargain of a nights stay, if anyone is rating it any lower than maximum they they don't understand what they're getting for what they've paid for. (We paid less than £30 for 2 people in total for one night)

Stayed here Friday 5th Dec to Sunday 7th Dec clean room with ensuit . Tea and coffee supplies in room we ran out on the Saturday. But as leaving on next day didn't bother us. About 10min walk into Blackpool itself wasn't a issue. Lovely landlady very accommodating as we arrived late. So if you do decide to go to town and come back late you will have key to front porch , entrance door and your room. All marked so you don't get confused. In house Bar shuts at 10pm.

The guesthouse is located within a residential street which is very run down. The landings inside the building are well decorated. But the room we stayed in was very small and basic and had no blinds at the windows. This meant we had to keep the curtains drawn for privacy. There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom and I found a large hair on the sink. There was also an empty bottle left on top of the shower. The tea, coffee, milk satchets were in a plastic takeaway container. The staff member we encountered as we were leaving the next day was pleasant. We wouldn't stay here again.

Very pleasant stay. Obviously, you get what you pay for so don't expect the standard of a Premier Inn etc but for a family of four we were warm and slept well for £40. The room was a double and a king with an en suite, accessible windows for ventilation and the radiator on throughout the stay which we were thankful for. Rooms were clean and tidy. Really pleasantly surprised for the price. Great location with free parking. We knew there was no breakfast in advance but if you see it advertised for breakfast please note they don't seem to do this anymore. Overall, as long as you're not expecting an exquisite room I do recommend it for a cheap yet pleasant stay.
