I haven't long checked out of the hotel and the stay here in the week has been lovely. It's a very homely place with a great host in Richard. Very chatty, goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is pleasant. Rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable. Definitely planning to stay at the hotel again next year! Recommended

Best hotel in Blackpool,we booked two rooms the both rooms were lovely really comfy, clean and homely,the owner Richard is lovely too he really can not do enough for you , would I go back 100% I would and I would highly recommend it to anyone you will not be disappointed Maria+ Denys xx

What a lovely place to stay, so clean and quiet, the bed was very comfortable and the room was a perfect size. The bar downstairs looked lovely, we are sad that we didn’t have chance to have a drink there but will definitely do so next time. Both Richie and Lynn were so welcoming and helpful, such lovely people! We are thankful we chose here for our stay and we will definitely be booking again. The only thing I would say in regards to parking is do not chance the yellow lines like we did as we got a fine within 2 hours, get there early to get a space as the pricing for the car park is reasonable!
