Stayed here for 2 nights. Rooms were clean with comfy bed. Lovely, delicious breakfast. Staff really helpful, friendly and so accomodating. Couldn't do enough for you. Excellent location on promenade. Would definitely stay again. Good value for money.

The staff are very lovely and very helpful. The lady with the very long hair, I forgot to ask her name, she was very nice. She always helped and supported the customers. The room was clean and toilet was clean. Breakfast was very nice in the morning.

This hotel ios just breathtaking.wow.it truly captures the beauty of blackpool.Me and my wife stayed here a cople ofg weeks ago and were warmly greeted and helped with our bags by a nice handsome chap i believed was called frasr he was very good at his job and i can tell that he is going places.I would definitely tay again as it was just so amazing and the food was brilliant
