We just returned from a lovely 4 days stay. The hosts were really lovely, warm and welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The room was very clean and warm. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. We'll definitely return.Thank you.

Cannot recommend highly enough. Lovely hosts looked after our nan whilst she stayed in Blackpool to visit her brother who was on end of life care. The room was lovely, breakfast good & hotel centrally located to town with good bus links. The hosts were extremely kind and drove nan to the train station when she left. Absolute diamonds, thank you so much. 🙏

No frills. Exactly as expected. Owners are very pleasant & friendly. Great location, even though the whole area looks like a ghetto, it's minutes walk from the beachfront. Rooms were very clean. Comfortable bed, with offer of extra pillows if we needed. Great price for a Bank Holiday weekend. Some people complain about parking, but a few seconds research shows there's on-street parking & council car park close by. My only gripes with this place, are the 'creaky' flooring, and the stench of weed everywhere.

10star WOW what a great place as always, made welcome and offered the highest of service possible !! Great with kids and disabled adults!! Great choice for breakfast, very clean rooms and to a great standard what more could you ask for. Nothing is to much trouble,they make you feel like family and its like home from home. Such a great Guest house this is the only one we will use as its just amazing. See you again soon both. Thanks again
