About Birch Villa Hotel
Blackpool Tower, the seafront and the town's entertainment are all within easy reach of Birch Villa Hotel, and there's parking on site for anyone arriving by car. Beyond the main attractions, the surrounding area offers golf, fishing, cycling routes and walking paths, plus watersports for the more active, while pubs, bars and restaurants nearby cover evenings out without much of a journey.
The hotel itself is a small, family-run set-up with nine rooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and drinks provided in the room. Family rooms are available for those travelling with children, and free WiFi runs throughout. Breakfast is served on site, and there's a bar downstairs for a drink before heading out or after a day on the front. Luggage storage is on hand too, useful for early arrivals or late departures.
It's a straightforward base rather than a destination in itself, well placed for guests who want to spend their days out exploring Blackpool and come back to somewhere quiet and comfortable to sleep.

June 2026. Our first time staying with Karen and Paul. Will definitely not be our last. From the moment we arrived Karen and Paul made us feel at home. They were were genuinely friendly and very welcoming. We are plant based and they were very accommodating even buying oat milk for us for breakfast. Birch Villa is lovely. Absolutely spotless and the rooms and beds are top notch. Karen and Paul even downloaded an App for us which helped us purchase a one day tram ticket which saved us a lot of money on potential taxi fares. They are lovely people who have an extremely high number of people who return to stay with them. We will definitely go back to them next time we are in the area. Absolute top quality premises and hosts. Thank you. Neil and Ruth

Karen and Paul were fantastic hosts and very welcoming. They were great with our little boy. The hotel itself is in a great location close to the south and central piers and the pleasure beach. The breakfast was really nice and good value. I believe if you book directly through the hotel you get breakfast included in the price which is what we will be doing next time. We had a great time at the birch villa and hope to go back soon.

Had a 1 night stay with my family, fantastic value for money, the food was excellent and the rooms were spotless! The owners were extremely friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and pleasant. My mrs even had a surprise card and chocolate after an off the cuff comment that it was her birthday whilst we were there!! Thank you and we will be coming back!

I’ve never stayed any where so comfortable and welcoming than birch villa. The hosts are tremendously friendly & kid friendly they let you know of the events that are on around the area too for the little ones. My past & present experience is 100% can’t fault them. Breakfast if you don’t like an item they can swap for you, But regardless it’s delicious,, sorry no more than delicious you want more! Amazing hosts and very hygienic never mind the council for 5 star rating this place needs a higher rating!! Weldone Paul & Karen :)
