It's very dirty and is whole house is just smell urine🤮🤮🤮. if we go out we close our nose and mouth and when we go up again we have to close our nose and mouth .it's very bad experience whole house smell wee. OMG In online they saying we have free wifi and tv and kettle but all of it is a lie.everything doesn't work doesn't work 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Booked here for the fireworks...where do I even begin! The smell of urine should have been the first red flag but nope..the room was dirty the bathroom wasn't any better either! Owners denied having bed bugs but on our double bed at the back had one! Took a few pictures.and left the hotel without looking back luckily travel lodge in st annes had a family room left or we would have been stranded!! AVOID!!

Husband booked this hotel for the weekend for blackpool air show. Well where do you start!!!! We walked in the door and the smell was unreal was absolutely stinking of urine (dog) there was part off a bed and headboard sitting in the hall.We then went upto the room on the way up all the fire extinguishers were out of date by 2years full of dust and hanging of the wall,the floor was dirty and carpet was ripped to bits and the ceiling was falling apart.We get upto our room yes it was big and loads of space for Myself,husband and 2 children. Upon looking round the room the carpet was dirty and didn't fit the room, there was holes in ceiling,Mould on the wall. A clothes rail falling off the wall along with the curtain rail. Thinking ohhh it cant get any worse to then see the floor board was moving it was like a trampoline..... My husband then goes to check the bathroom and WOW toilet was dirty cloths stuffed at the back of the toilet(dont know why) the sink is dirty along with the shower. And the door handle fall off in his hand.We braved it out and just stayed as everywhere was full. Worst nights sleep ever....The bed was so uncomfortable I was up and down all night. My oldest ended up sleeping on the duvet because the springs was popping through. We couldn't stay another night so we left first thing in morning. NO owner was about to bring these concerns to there attention. Also the pictures on booking.com is not the correct ones this is totally false advertisement. PLEASE dont waste your money on this place. Even if your thinking it somewhere to put your head because trust me I would rather sleep in the gutter (it was cleaner) Also there was other people in.one which stayed and hr and left. More left in morning but one person. Honestly I could go on and go but you would be reading for about 3 days

AVOID AT ALL COSTS 🤢 PLACE NEEDS SHUT DOWN 🪳 both the owner & woman that run it should be absolutely disgusted with themselves. Place was stinking of fags even tho its a no smoking hotel & also stale pee but The room was infested with bedbugs we realised once got bk late after the fireworks we had 4 children with us went to tell the lady to see and family had same problem given a new room and the same issue so now we are standing in front ov the bed bug Betty central at midnight trying to talk to somebody from bookings.com and trying to find another b and b all fully booked it being a busy weekend with fireworks and lights walking round in hope ov finding somewhere no joy the youngest child was only 4 yrs old we wernt expecting the ritz ovs but the reviews on booking .com were ok should ov looked on hear and trip advisor 🫣🐜🤮🪳left with no choice but to get a taxi home costing £220 getting in at 4 am please do not waste your money booking this dump the place wants bulldozed ⛔️🐜🪳🤮
