John and Jane are fantastic host and it was an absolute pleasure to stay there. The rooms are clean and you are provided with coffees facilities and all other amenities. The breakfast is one of the best we have had. It's hot and fresh with good quality eggs. You can also help yourself to cereals and pastry too- i will be coming back in the winter to see the Christmas lights and will be coming back to stay here. Really satisfied overall. Thank you Jane and John for making us feel so welcome.

We stayed here on a Soul weekend. From the very start we felt welcome and cared for. Nothing was too much trouble for John and Jane they are really friendly hosts. Everything was great and the breakfast absolutely delicious.

I stayed with my 13 year old son this weekend to visit the Pleasure Beach and Sandcastles as a birthday treat. The hotel was a huge unexpected bonus. Located 500 yards away from each and ran by the most amazing couple. Nothing was too much trouble, breakfast was absolutely fantastic. I will never stay anywhere else in Blackpool again.

We stayed here for the boneyard weekend. Managed to get a last minute booking. Hosts were fantastic. Room was spotless and breakfast (which was included) was excellent. Would definitely recommend
