Alan and his wife made our stay very welcoming the rooms were immaculate the hotel has not long been redecorated, there was 11 of us down for my hen weekend Inc my mum and mother in law and they looked out for us all weekend phoned our taxi's made us whatever we wanted for breakfast & asked wot time we preferred breakfast went out their way for us they were so helpful. Thankyou so much for making our stay great we will definitely be back.

Wouldn't stay here again 12 of us on a hen party. Are hotel rooms were small and disgusting we all had to share small double beds. each of the rooms had ripped sheets,dirty beds and the shower stayed on cold.Thd Staff are very rude.One of us asked for well done eggs to be moaned about because it would take longer wouldnt recommend for any hen or stag party was also told to make sure your quite.They also took £25 of one of are friend who came later took there money then refused to let them stay.

First time for us at the chesterfield after leaving the norbeck castle hotel which which we were very unhappy with. Arrived at the chesterfield to a very warm welcome the room was very clean and up to date and the bed was very comfortable Tony the owner was very welcoming and the customer service was fab. The breakfast was lovely. Will be Definetly be booking back at the chesterfield when we return to Blackpool next time.

A warm welcome awaited me on my arrival on Saturday 28 October 2017. I found the room to which I stayed was in excellent condition. KIm & Allan could not do enough for me and I will definitely be recommending this hotel to my family and friends.
