We had our first stay in Fern Villa and it was lovely the man that owns the guest house was very polite pleasant easy too get along with and nothing was too much trouble for him the location is spot on too five mins walk too the sea front the room was very comfortable and cosy it was a welcoming stay and would highly recommend this guest house too anyone from Sarah and Emma from Leeds

Stayed here this weekend, lovely couple, nice clean rooms, excellent breakfast and the onsite parking is a bonus. Stayed in Blackpool fair few times and since we stayed here in 2018 I’ve always stayed in fern villa can’t fault them or the b&b at all :) thank you very much

We have stayed here four times in the last couple of years and my only regret is that we didn't find it a lot earlier.Always nice clean accommodation. The breakfast is amazing and plentiful. The hosts are genuinely very nice people who go out of their way to be helpful. Thank you once again for a lovely weekend.Hope to see you both again soon. Margaret and Mick.

Absolutely perfect guest house to stay couple were so lovely and so so helpful felt like home and really welcome. Breakfasts were amazing and can't complain about the rooms they were really clean and child friendly for my little one even on short notice! Will definitely be back next year me and the family. They made our holiday complete and our stay comfortable.
