About Harleys Reads Avenue

Walk into a room at Harleys Reads Avenue and you get an en-suite bathroom, a stocked selection of drinks and the reassurance of 24 hour reception should you need anything sorted at odd hours. It's a straightforward setup that suits a Blackpool weekend away, whether you're back late from the seafront or up early for breakfast downstairs.

The B&B has its own bar on site, free WiFi throughout, and breakfast included to set you up for the day. Free on-site parking makes arriving by car easy, which is worth knowing in a town where kerbside space can be scarce.

The address on Reads Avenue puts guests within easy reach of Blackpool Tower and Pleasure Beach, with pubs, restaurants and entertainment all close by. Walking and cycling routes are nearby too, and those wanting something more active can find golf, fishing and watersports in the area.

Weekend trip to see Strictly the Professionals at the Winter Gardens and we could've picked a better location. Hotel is 10 mins from the venue and lots of other attractions, Central Pier etc. Kim was a great host and made us feel very welcome. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Huge, delicious breakfast was great and definitely set us up for the day.

My wife & I stayed at Harleys on 16th-18th May for two nights in the king room. Because the room had a king size bed and a large TV they call it a king room but the room is very small. There was a few hangers on a rail for your clothes which was nowhere near big enough, then there was the tiniest chest of 4 drawers that you've ever seen which were quite useless. The hospitality tray was packed onto a small shelf that shook when the kettle was boiling which was dangerous, this needs to be re-thought about before an accident happens. In the bathroom there was no toilet roll holder and no shelf in the shower for your toiletries so your toiletries had to be on the floor. The breakfast in the morning was a little over cooked and was far too big so you were out faced. Apart from these few points that need to be addressed the Harley's is very clean and welcoming.
