We have just returned from a 4 night break. 2 adults and 2 children. From the start Amanda and Steve were welcoming and accommodating. Family room was clean, spacious and all we needed for our stay. Breakfast was lovely. Really enjoyed the lovely friendly atmosphere here and would definitely recommend.

A little gem of a place, so glad we found it. Family room was immaculate, friendly and kind owners who went out of their way for us during our stay. Spacious room with tea and coffee facilities, full English breakfast was lovely, plus continental choices too with great service couldn’t do enough for us. Will definitely return to this lovely property

We recently spent a lovely weekend at this guest house with our family. The location was perfect for getting out and about and the tram stops at the end of the road. Steve and Amanda were so friendly and helpful and made our little grandchildren very welcome. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent, all food was freshly cooked to order. We would definitely stay again. Thank you both for a great stay 😊
