Oh God where do you start? From the moment we arrived until the moment we left its been amazing. Bernie and Andy are the most wonderful hosts and a fabulous guesthouse with excellent rooms and facilities. From the fabulous fragrance that made you feel instantly at home when you walked through the door the super cute guest trays in our rooms. We wanted for nothing. I can't wait to go back. Really fantastic few days xxxx

Fantastic Hotel, fantastic breakfast, fantastic hosts, fantastic bar, family friendly. Hotel is beautiful, room was fantastic and brilliant beds, very clean, Bernie and Andy were very accommodating and fantastic hosts. I would very much recommend staying at this hotel and not very much hotels in Blackpool have 5* reviews.

Had a lovely stay at the RockDene for the weekend! The hospitality is second to none. Bernie & Andy were amazing hosts and the breakfast was fantastic! Lots of choice for all the family! Location was great ! We enjoyed a nice walk to both Central Pier and South Pier. Thank you again for hosting us! We honestly enjoyed our first experience in Blackpool and will return to the RockDene again in the future.
