About Grampian House
Pleasant Street sits within easy reach of Blackpool's seafront and the wider Lancashire coastline, making Grampian House a straightforward base for exploring the town's attractions without worrying about where to leave the car. Free on-site parking is provided, which counts for something in a resort as busy as this one.
The nine rooms are simple and comfortable rather than showy, with air conditioning and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout. A continental breakfast is included, and there's a restaurant and bar on site for guests who'd rather not venture out in the evening. A lift serves the upper floors, and a garden offers a quiet spot away from the street.
Beyond the rooms, Grampian House also has meeting rooms and space set up for weddings, so it caters to more than just overnight stays. It's a modest, well-placed option for anyone wanting to be close to Blackpool's coast and attractions without paying for extras they won't use.

What guests say
Had a wonderful 3 night stay with my son. The rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean. Continental breakfast hit the spot as well. Free WiFi was an added bonus The owners very kindly reserved a parking space outside. I would highly recommend this b&b and can honestly say it deserves a higher star rating

Nice small room, only downfalls was that there was only one pillow on the bed per person, then only one in the wardrobe. Obviously with it being an unmanned venue there wasn't anyone to ask for more pillows or to make aware that the mattress was awful, you could feel the springs and ended up killing my hips! The price wasn't worth it especially with no breakfast provided, where as it seems there was 9 months ago and the fact you couldn't go into the living room until 11am, the room was still laid out how it was when food was provided. It was just a basic small room we paid for, for two nights. We also didn't get any fresh milk, coffee, tea refills, no contact from owners to make sure everything was OK or if we needed anything.

From start to end our stay was fantastic! Richard and George made us feel very welcome and comfortable, even carrying our luggage to our rooms. Excellent cleanliness. We stayed for a week and didn't want to leave, it was like home from home. Very reasonabley priced and excellent value for money. We left yesterday and both the guys loaded my car and waved us off, it felt like leaving family! Will definitely be going back.

Every effort made by the owners to give us a relaxed weekend, always helpful but never interfering. Breakfast excellent, set me up for the day. Room very clean, and every time I stay the owners seem to add small improvements to the rooms and the hotel in general. Nice and quiet (definitely NOT the place for boisterous party-goers!) and secure. If only all Blackpool B&B's made this effort - well done!
