What guests say
Such a lovey hotel!! Could not recommend enough! The owner was extremely nice, making sure that all guests were happy and providing brilliant service throughout our stay and during breakfast. Rooms were a little dated but very cozy, and the beds were very comfortable so we slept amazingly. All rooms also have a small fridge, which was a convenience we didn’t know would be so helpful. The location was about a 10 walk into the town, but the area was nice, quiet and felt safe. The tram also stopped near by.

I really can't fault Steven on his friendliness and unobtrusive, pleasant attitude. However the hotel is very dated. 'Chocolate brown' would be a sympathetic name for the the colour of the bathroom suite. The shower took 15 minutes to get hot but the pressure was very low. The mattresses we had in our twin room must have been slept on by an army of elephants before us - I had to lay on a pillow in the middle to get some decent lumber support. I'd say the level of cleanliness is good but 'could do better'. The cooked breakfast is nice and will keep you going for the day. If you don't want it, be sure you say in advance to prevent an unexpected plate of hot food suddenly appearing at your table. It's an adults-only establishment in a quiet area, we didn't experience any problems with noise at night. Apparently there's a car park which would have been handy to know about in advance to save me paying £17 for the council car park nearby. It's very central, taking only 5-10 minutes to walk into the town centre. There's a tram stop close by (Pleasant Street" - ring the bell otherwise it doesn't stop). The other customers we saw at breakfast appeared very happy with their experience.

Hotel based 5 mins walk away from the tower, rooms are very basic only complaint is that single bed was far too soft and decor in the hotel is dated but I can say that my stay was very pleasant. The host was magnificent, and the room was extremely tidy on arrival, host was honest about the lift being broken and the bell not working but it didn't matter. Only real downside is the riffraff outside other hotels in the area. I would be happy to stay again in the future though

Traditional good old-fashioned B&B. Good location near North train station and trams. Walking distance to town centre and Funny Girls show just round the corner. Room clean and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was really nice with everything all ready for you right away, and the tables were nicely set. The hosts were really friendly and accommodating. We all loved the funny guy who made us feel really welcome and at home. If you’re having a weekend in Blackpool, this wee gem is ideal! 😊
