About Hotel Avansi

Hotel Avansi suits families and travellers after a straightforward, no-fuss stay close to Blackpool's seafront, with parking on hand and the town's attractions within easy reach. It works well for short breaks where the hotel itself is a base rather than the destination.

Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms and drinks provided, and family rooms are available for those travelling with children. A games room adds something to do on site, and the 24 hour reception means arrivals and queries are handled at any time of day. Free WiFi is included throughout.

Beyond the hotel, there's plenty nearby to fill a stay: golf and fishing for those wanting to get outdoors, watersports for the more active, and pubs, bars and restaurants within walking distance for evenings out. It's a practical choice for anyone wanting to be near Blackpool's seafront without paying for extras they won't use.

We had an excellent 3 night stay. Michelle & Marcus are absolutely amazing hosts, very welcoming, friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Room was basic but had everything we needed. The bed was lovely & clean and extremely comfortable as was the private bathroom. The location is fantastic for the promenade & beach, all activities, bars & restaurants and shops. Thank you once again M & M for your hospitality we will be back soon. Jo & Alexis

Stayed one night with my daughter. When we walked in I could smell fresh laundry. Only a double bed room available but we had booked very last minute . Hosts were really friendly and did tell us the TV in bedroom didn't work. No issue for us. Room 10 was right at the top. Carpet looks brand new. Bathroom was falling apart, but actually toilet sink and shower were clean. Were provided with towels. There's a pool table. We slept well despite being next to the extremely busy sea front. It's a very basic place, but a very good price.

Me and my family came for a stay just for the night, we entered the building and it was smelling of cigarettes very strongly, we went to check our our bedroom for the night and the wallpaper was falling off the wall, window sills where falling off, bathroom very dated and dirty with a few specials of mold, and all of the fabric on the divan double bed base was all ripped open and you could see right through the other side of the bed, and the prices are absolutely extortionate for what we was dealing with, and not to mention it was like sleeping on bricks as all the base in the bed was broken. Never again!!!!
