About Hotel Babylon

Thirteen rooms across three floors make Hotel Babylon a small, manageable base on Banks Street in Blackpool, close enough to the Promenade, Blackpool Tower and Pleasure Beach to reach them on foot. Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms, drinks available in room, and family rooms for those travelling with children.

Guests get breakfast included, free WiFi throughout, and a bar on site with outdoor seating in the garden for warmer days. Reception operates around the clock, which helps if you're coming in late from an evening on the seafront. There's no on-site restaurant beyond the bar, but plenty of eateries and pubs sit nearby.

The surrounding area suits an active stay, with cycling and walking routes close by, along with golf, fishing and watersports on offer for those wanting to get out beyond the town centre. Parking isn't available at the hotel itself, but chargeable parking can be found nearby.

Nice little hotel, short walk from Blackpool north pier. Location is ideal, the hotel is clean and well furnished. The room was a little small but perfect for a single travel stayingnone night and the price was great. Free breakfast was a nice touch, cooked to order and the staff were very friendly. Would definitely book again.

Very welcoming, good service and excellent breakfast. My single room had all facilities and a super hot shower. Located just off the sea front and is so close to both North and South pier further along. A car park immediately across the road. Great location for the Tower and Winter Gardens. Highly recommend excellent value and would use again

Zain, the manager of this hotel, is one of, if not the best, Hotel managers to deal with in Blackpool. For some reason some managers were angry with us, mainly because we did not book in advance. yet we have never been to Blackpool before so we are learning. Zain was understanding, listened to our needs, and was pivotal in making our trip as fun as possible. the hotel is very clean, the rooms have all you would need on a short visit such as this one and the manager is flexible with checkout times but you must let him know in advance. unlike many other hotels that ask you to leave at early times like 11 or even 10 am. our room was a bit small which he compensated by giving us a discount but I'm sure he has bigger rooms. Amazing breakfast options include freshly prepared halal at a reasonable price. and mainly the location of the hotel is great. it's near the beach and gives you the chance to walk across many shops and landscapes as you reach some attractions such as the Sandcastle Water Park or the Food Market. in short. I would always check for availability with this friend like the Manager before booking elsewhere in Blackpool.

Needed a last min overnight stay for an event. Well looked after and given a free upgrade to sea room. Room was comfortable with everything we needed- includes tea, coffee, shower gel, hairdryer etc. Breakfast was great, on until 10 so we could have a much needed lie in but also served early if you are an early bird!! Had option for a full veggie English breakfast available, although I was roo rough to eat one I was able to ask for something I could manage. Great host that has just taken over and very attentive.
