Room really clean and looked after. (Small amount of dust on skirting board) Although you wouldn't dare make any mess as strictly told on arrival when checking in. (Not sure if it was rudeness or just awkwardness) In the en-suite room i had a small double bed, TV, fridge , kettle and tasimo coffee machine. There was also ironing board and iron to use. Nice bonus compared to other hotel rooms. The bathroom was very small (but adequate) when sat on the toilet knees where touching the wall. The shower takes ages to warm and the pressure is poor. Breakfast was super hot and very flavoursome. There is a pre order sheet to be completed the night before. Make sure you sit at the table that has been assigned to you or you'll be told off Cooked breakfast is served at 9am but can access breakfast room at 8:45 for cereal and toast. I slept very well in my room Bed was clean and comfortable although I was on the top floor you do hear traffic passing throughout the night.

This hotel is superb, carers for all your needs and really looks after you. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Breakfast is fantastic both in quality and choice .

Have stayed here multiple times and always made welcome. A lovely little B&B and Lee is an amazing host (Landlady 😉). Nothing is too much trouble and the rooms etc are spotless!! Very reasonably priced with a tasty breakfast included. Great bar, comfy beds and a few bonuses such as biscuits and bottled water in rooms. Won’t stay anywhere else if Lee has availability! Thanks again Lee for a wonderful stay!

I stayed at Lee & Chris’s Belvedere as a solo traveler and had an incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, Lee made me feel completely at home—friendly, warm, and genuinely lovely person. The room was immaculate, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location is ideal—just a short walk to the waterfront and really close to all the main gay bars, but still quiet enough for a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was freshly cooked each morning and absolutely delicious made with local ingredients. It’s clear that Lee and Chris put real care into everything they do. I felt safe, relaxed, and totally looked after. I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Blackpool!
