The location of the hotel is perfect only a few minutes walk to town or to pleasure beach. We found the room to be perfect for us very clean and tidy. The host was very nice genuine person very polite and amiable. The food was out of this world. Would definitely stay here and would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of staying at Blackpool

Me and my partner stayed for 3 nights at the Lynwood hotel and so glad we did. Simon is the most nicest B&B owner I've met! he's so warm and welcoming and cooks a great full english! The room was clean and tidy we will be back next time! Until then take care and see you soon! Debra & kev

This is our 4th time coming up from Scotland to the Lynwood, Simon is so welcoming and makes you feel at home. The breakfast is great, bedrooms are clean and comfy beds. Simon is a great b&b owner he is very polite and helpful. Fair prices and couldn't be a better location😇

Well wat can a say about this place just had another 4 nites stay here and simon the host has been excellent as always my son is autistic and he is excellent with him his wee dog aswell lucy is great aswell see u again soon
