DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Myself, my mother and my two young children were due to stay here last week. We booked the ‘ deluxe 2bed family room’ unfortunately on our arrival we then had to find new accommodation last minute and leave as the room was absolutely filthy. The bed sheets were covered in stains/ dirty marks. Upon removing the pillow cases and sheets the pillows and duvet were full of sweat/urine stains. It was very obvious these had not been changed for a long period of time. The bathroom was full of dust and mould. Every piece of furniture was covered in dirty markings and every wall/ door walls stained/ dirty. The thick amount of dust on the windows and every corner of the room was overwhelming. Unfortunately I could not stay here let alone let young children sleep in this room. I have now had to make a further complaint to the environmental health department.

We stayed here for a night as we had tickets for Lancashire Cricket the next day. The welcome was super friendly and communication exceptional at every level. Clean and comfortable. Location is perfect literally yards from south pier and the pleasure beach. Public car park is literally next door. Already booked to stay again for Lancashires next visit to Blackpool Cricket Club at the end of the month

Very highly recommended. The family who run this hotel are lovely and it has everything you need, especially if you are on a lower budget because it is excellent value. It's close to the sea and beach, Sandcastles water park, pier, Blackpool pleasure beach and many other attractions - yet it is nice and quiet at night - so a good night's sleep. Clean, plenty of hot water, secure lock, tea/coffee making, etc. Breakfast is not available but there is a very good Wetherspoons close by for a slap up breakfast. It's good to support a hard-working family like this; they always appreciate your business.

Amazingly priced overnight stay for 1 adult and 4 kids with an excellent Location literally 2 mins from pleasure beach. Right next to reasonably priced parking which also had reasonably priced EV charging point too. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable with a friendly reception from the team
