Stayed at the Novella Hotel in Blackpool for a 40th birthday weekend and had a brilliant stay. The owner made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was perfect for our group — whether you were one of the sensible ones having an early night or one of the party animals rolling back in at all hours! Hi i wanna say that it was a first time in black pool loved it but the b&b was a let down dirty dusty rooms the safe was on floor next to bed where u could fall and bang head shower didnt work properly the taps was the same the floor looked like u was going to fall through it tv was to small no chair or hairdryer the light switch wasn't near the bed the landing of the rooms was dusty I rubbed my finger and found dust cobwebs tv full of dust the bed could been a bit bigger mattress and the windows you couldn't see out of them sorry but its not worth a 5 star

I have had to leave and find another hotel . Its infested with bed bugs . I checked in and was watching tv when I was bit by an adult bed bug .I immediately went downstairs to tell the host and I was given a full refund and she asked if id like to try another room .ive been to watch a show so I didnt have many options so I thought I'd take the room and get ready and maybe stay or go home after the show . However I was only in long enough for a shower when I saw a bedbug on the net curtain . This room was on a differant landing , so I can only imagine the place is heavily infested .I am now in a differant hotel with a severe allergic reaction and worrying I may have given bed bugs a ride on my luggage Both rooms the window handles were broken .

My mum recently stayed here. I don't really need to say much more than she enjoyed it so much she didn't want her stay to come to an end. The BnB is nice and clean. Fabulous location. What an absolutely lovely family. Really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. So welcoming. She will definitely be back and highly recommends staying here. Thank you for making her stay so great 😁
