About ParkRoyal Blackpool

ParkRoyal Blackpool is a small, seven-room hotel on Station Road, the kind of scale that means you're never far from someone at the desk. The rooms have been refreshed and all come with en-suite bathrooms, giving the place a tidier, more modern feel than its size might suggest.

A full English breakfast is included each morning, and there's a bar on site serving snacks if you'd rather not venture out for every meal. Practical extras run to luggage storage, 24 hour reception and business services, plus parking, which is a genuine convenience in this part of Blackpool.

The location puts Blackpool Tower and the town's main attractions within easy reach, and there's a pub, restaurant and other eateries nearby for evenings out. Fishing and watersports are also accessible in the area, along with entertainment options, making this a straightforward base for exploring the town rather than a destination in itself.

Booked two nights but came back early today. Beautiful hotel but waited four days for a reply from two emails sent four days before I went. Never got a reply. A grandfather clock outside our room kept chiming through the night so broken sleep. Had to ask for a kettle on arrival as there wasn’t any in the room. Very noisy from owners kitchen just after 7.30 this morning with loud clattering so awake again. I wouldn’t go back

We.had a lovely night's stay here. A family of 4, the room was clean and comfortable. We loved the artwork and the B&B felt cozy. Parking is free on the street if you can get a space, if not there are 2 car parks either end of the road. At last we have found a B&B in Blackpool we would happily cone back to! 😊

Stayed for 4 nights last week with my son. What an amazing place to stay. We loved it. Lovely artwork and beautiful plants! Our room was spacious, clean with everything we needed. Breakfast cooked by the lovely owner Tony was the best we’ve ever tasted with ample choice. Equally lovely Tracey who serves breakfast was just brilliant ! We will definitely be returning and can’t recommend staying here enough.

Charming hotel near the south pier at Blackpool. Needed an cheap overnight for a show. Paid £90 for a couple with breakfast. Fab value. Fairly unassuming from the street as many of the small hotels are, and no on street parking but free overnight if you can grab one nearby, however inside it is a beautifully kept house with antiques, artwork and plants. Had a small bar but we did not have chance to catch a drink with Tony our host. Next time definitely. Our room was a little small but perfectly up to the job, with an en suite shower room. Some lovely touches in the room such as mints and water in the fridge, tea/coffee, even bath robes. Clearly the owner has an eye for detail. Very nice light breakfast room with wrought iron furniture to give the impression of space, clever. Delicious breakfast, not too much, delivered by the wonderful Tracey who kept us laughing with her one liners every time she appeared from the kitchen. So funny. Kudos to Tony and his gang, they have a lovely hotel here and while I tend to shy away from the typical Blackpool B&B in favour of the larger hotels, I will definitely come back to this one.
