The owner Bridget was hospitable, helpfully and easy to talk to. The location of the hotel accessible all over the place. Around less than 15 minutes walk to the Blackpool North Train Station. I was there this beginning April. I will return again this month of May. Close to Blackpool Tower and Wintergarden.

Lovely hotel, hosts are lovely and welcoming a real home from home experience. Rooms are the small side but are clean and beds are comfortable. Breakfast was delish and nothing is too much for the hosts. Parking is £5 a night but town is 5 min walk away so perfect to not have to drive anywhere! Would recommend this hotel, we will be back!

Arrived late Friday after a long day travelling from Belfast, checkin was simple, quick and very welcoming- our room ( 14 ) was clean and spacious. Breakfast was lovely, we both had cereal and a full English, loads of coffee and fruit juice and Bridget was an excellent host, nothing was too much bother. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended a further day . I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel and we will certainly return. I can't finish this review without mentioning how comfortable our bed was - definite thumbs up from us👍😊

Great couple with good breakfast loads of choices. Rooms very clean and comfortable and lots of tea,coffee and milk in reception to top up your room. Highly recommend this was my third year in a row as attending USDAW conference at winter gardens and only a short walk to
