The town's mix of entertainment, restaurants and pubs sits close by, along with areas for walking and cycling for those who want a slower pace.
Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms and drinks available in-room, with family rooms on offer for those travelling with children. Some rooms are on the smaller side, but they're kept clean and comfortable, and a lift serves the upper floors. A 24 hour reception means arrivals and queries are covered at any time.
Breakfast is a highlight, with a good spread including vegetarian options, and the on-site bar is a convenient spot for an evening drink. Staff are noted for being friendly and helpful. What guests say
Hotel is well located in Blackpool close to the centre and tower. Bed was comfortable and room clean. Rooms are ensuite but a rather snug with very little space between toilet and shower unit with no room for toilet roll holder. We stayed room only so cannot comment on food options or quality. All in all it was a positive stay and I would recommend

We was 4 ladies age 60to 70 years old and we stayed 12-19th Oct 2025 and we thoroughly enjoyed it all the rooms were nice and we had a twin room shower and toilet tea & coffee facilities The food was really good nice selection to choose from for breakfast and tea time and then bingo every night 7-30 and then different entertainment every night from 8-30 to 11pm which we thought was good no late nights owner was really nice and the manager Phil is so lovely and helpful in any way he can the waitress were all really helpful to can’t fault this place there’s a small paper shop next door and Tattooist right opposite with 5 * ratings and the location is just behind the tower so very central for everything definitely going again in 2026 this is our favourite place of all in Blackpool

Booked via a 3rd party, was told in email check in was from 2pm. Arrived at 2pm, abrupt old lady on front desk with an upside down smile rudely told us we would not be checking in at 2pm and pointed at the sign behind her which said 3pm. She was very unhelpful and a poor first impression. Rest of staff we encountered were friendly. Our room was small, bed was comfortable, shower and toilet were clean. Tv plug would not reach socket so had to go ask for an extension. Had kettle in room with tea, coffee, milk and sugar. Towels supplied. Bed was big and comfortable. For a 2 star rated hotel it was good as can be expected. They just need to teach the old lady on reception some customer service skills and how to interact with guests.
