Great hotel. Stayed there twice for Rebellion festival. Spotlessly clean and everything you need in the room. Water and cookies provided free. Ideal location as few minutes to tram stop. We walked to winter gardens and it was an easy walk. Very quiet at night and comfy bed. Booked next year again.

What a lovely stay! Myself and my partner were so happy with the level of service we received. Andrea was so warm and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. There was a king room available which we hadn’t booked and she kindly gave it to us. The rooms were incredibly clean and tidy, the bed was so comfortable and the hotel was extremely quiet and peaceful. We can not wait to return. Thank you so much Andrea

Lovely little B & B, rooms spotlessly clean and contained all the the little essentials you may need for an overnight stay. We were attending a gig in Clevelys which was about £10 in a taxi
