Me & my little boy have stayed here lots of times. We go here everytime we go to Blackpool as it's a great hotel in a fab location only a five minute walk to the tower. We got home yesterday after three nights there. Paul the owner is such a lovely man. He always takes our cases to the room & let's us have the room early when we need it if it's ready. It's spotless clean with kettle & free tea, coffe, sugar in the room. TV with DVD player in the rooms. We always leave our cases there on the day of departure until we leave Blackpool to go home. Great view of the tower from all the rooms at the front of the hotel. Lovely hot shower whenever you want one. Most rooms are en suite. It's just a perfect hotel. I would highly recommend it.

My friends & I stayed at The Mayfair Guest House, not the Shanklin. Wouldn't go back. Not very clean & bedrooms small & only 3/4 beds & children's bunk beds. The host though, was lovely, she couldn't do enough fr her guests.

Really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely go back. Lovely, clean room with view of the tower 😁 The owner Paul is very friendly, he makes you feel very welcome and will go out of his way to help you. Very close to everything. Great place to stay, will be recommending to friends and family.

Very clean, Was beyond my expectation for a budget hotel. Really lovely owner. Would recommend it highly, Location is perfect 10/10, Stayed in many hotels in Blackpool & the Shanklin is now in my top 3.
