Hi folks not sure if what I tell you about this hotel is totally accurate as it is the hotel my friend and his son have been there two years in succession and they like it. I've been told that the hotel owner is called Clive and he makes all the guests to his establishment his first and last priority. My friend said a full cooked breakfast and evening meal and all well cooked and a wide variety for adults and children like the food. The rooms are clean, neat and tidy with no dust or dirt around also bath room and shower were well maintained and clean. The only other thing that is of any interest to you folks may be that, this hotel is very close to the pleasure beach and attractions for the kids and adults alike. The swimming pool seems to be a good place to go especially for the kids, their is a few different slides and chutes to try out. I think all I have to say come on folks it's Blackpool and who can't enjoy themselves there shouldn't go it's that simple. So I will go for now and happy holidays whenever they come to you folks. I can say that I've been told only good things about the Tuxford hotel and it's owner not the largest of hotels which leaves the owner time and space to see to the customers wants and needs. Clive is the owner of the hotel and the hotel is near the beach and the main thoroughfare of the town so happy holidays folks. From Dave

Nice place with simple necessary facilities. Nothing fancy but does what you need and expect. Great location right by South Pier. Quiet at night and good sized rooms. The guy was really nice and helpful. Only bad thing was that the bathroom had no sink you you needed to use the one in your room.

Just back home from having spent a week at Tuxford House B&B, and what a delightful week it was. For the price we paid, and being a two star establishment, I cannot fault it. The room was adequate for my family, the beds were so comfortable and the breakfasts were top rate. Clive is a gentleman and Billy made breakfast time a joy. My kids will be talking about Billy for a long time. I have read a lot of the reviews about Tuxford House, and for those who rated it poorly...what were you expecting for your money!? This B&B is so close to the promenade, yet quiet and the free car parking is hard to beat. My kids were tearful when we left, and that says a hell of a lot. Can't wait to return.

Stayed here August 28 to 1 September 2015 with my family and I must say it was a good experience. It was very clean in all aspects. The breakfast was very good and plentiful the host was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again. If you choose this hotel you will not be disappointed
