No wifi as room was too far - could not do my office work , no tea cup cleaning ,very hard headboard of bed - my baby got injured several times! Sensor light went off too quickly - had to go in and out in the corridor 4 times before my key could be put in , room floor boarding was too old and creaky noises , room was next to sewage pipes so could hear drainage water all night ! The staff was friendly but need to get above issues fixed!

A budget friendly hotel. Although its pretty dark and depressing within the hotel, the rooms themselves are fine, clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful, I was fully aware of the £50 cash deposit required as it is clearly on the website however the guests checking in before me were not and the staff will not budge on the rules so dont get upset when you have to find a cash machine.

Great family room 2 singles and a double bed wardrobe tv spacious room. Greeted well at reception only thing is sheets were a little thin so was a bit cold on the night time and the WiFi wouldn't work for us. But brilliant room for the price. And close to all the arcades and beach :)

I made a last-minute reservation at this hotel last night. I was greeted by a lovely blonde lady at check-in (sorry I didn’t catch your name), who was very welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable and great value for money, with clean bedding and towels. On check out, I had a lengthy and pleasant chat with the same lady, which really added a personal touch to the stay. Would I stay again? Absolutely! Steve
