What visitors say
This has got to be the least picturesque site I have ever stayed on. Although there were lovely views over the surrounding countryside at the bottom end of the site, the view from my campervan was of concrete, tarmac, scruffy pitches & contractor's vehicles. There are no grass pitches, as far as I could tell. The awnings on the seasonal touring pitches are held down by pegs drilled into the concrete. Great, if they are removed once the awning is taken down, not so great when they're left there and you have to avoid tripping over them and driving on them to save a puncture. One of the toilet/shower blocks was out of order, which meant a decent walk to use the other one. There is a general waste bin, but recycling was for cardboard & paper only. To be fair, the weather was shocking, which didn't help. Maybe it's nicer in good weather, however at almost £60 for 2 nights for 1 adult & 2 dogs, I won't be staying again. It doesn't feel like a touring site; the majority of units are seasonal pitches and contractors.

Just giving you a heads up on this site it’s like a gypsy site and the woman who takes the telephone calls is very aggressive very abrupt and negative. They also put the prices up. There is nothing to do up there. The place looks very untidy. Last season I paid in full but within a couple of days, I called them up and said I don’t want to stay here, but they wouldn’t give me a refund OK fair enough, but I did not stay up there once that’s how bad it was Electric cost very high put 5 pounds in for one night and it was gone within three hours They are overcharging for the Electrics, which should be given by Acon. This is not allowed. There are plenty of sites around South Wales, which will knock spots of this, and I’m just being honest so if the owner wants to reply to this by all means he can or she can, but I am being very honest I would avoid this site like a plague

WHERE IS THE 0 STAR OPTION!!! NEVER EVER COMING BACK HERE!! Well where do I even start!!! Me and my father took a little trip WAS looking at this lovely place to come site our family caravan, the website looked absolutely lovely (IT WAS FAR FROM BEING LOVELY) there were 2 lady's at reception, could not give us any information about the place, they have no clue what to say about the park, just a bit of a guessing game around this place. There is supposedly be a park for children to play, looks like it has been ran down for over a decade. there is 1 little man that works for this company (late 40's), Definitely NOT the owner. He thinks he can be-little me and my father. Speak to us unprofessionally. Definitely DID NOT MAKE US FEEL WELCOME. YOU CAN NOT BRING ANY FAMILY WITH YOU UNLESS THE "CUSTOMER" IS WITH YOU AT ALL TIMES. WHAT A JOKE. believe I spoke to a guy called Ian over the phone in which he was very welcoming and made us feel welcomed. However as we arrived at this so called holiday park.... I may as well went and sited our caravan at a quarry. Filthy, dirty, absolutely horrendous place. I believe the owner needs a re cap on his employees. there is no excellent reputation from your employees for this place. How this company even has 4 star rating is beyond me!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE YOU WILL BE LET DOWN.
