Pontypool sits at the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park, on the doorstep of Blaenavon's World Heritage Site. The hillside town has genuine industrial history—Big Pit National Coal Museum, the Ironworks, and the Heritage Railway are all within reach—plus access to serious countryside. The Blorenge mountain offers hiking and cycling; Garn Lakes provides a gentler walk; the Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal runs through the broader area. A pub is within a mile of the house itself.
Zebra House sleeps four across two bedrooms: one double and two singles. Downstairs there is a living room with woodburner, an open-plan kitchen and dining space, and a conservatory. Upstairs you get a shower room and a separate toilet. The kitchen has a gas hob and electric oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are provided; fuel for the woodburner is available locally. An enclosed garden with sitting-out area and barbecue gives you private outdoor space.
One pet stays free. The property does not permit smoking. Four steps lead to the entrance. Parking is on-road.
