Bryn Tor - The Gardener's House is a three-bedroom semi-detached property decorated throughout in 1930s art deco style. It sleeps up to five guests across a double, another double and a single bedroom, served by two bathrooms including a roll-top bath with shower attachment. The ground floor contains a living and dining room with an open fireplace and Freeview television, plus a separate sitting room, also with an open fire. A fully fitted kitchen has an electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and combi microwave, so you can prepare anything from a quick meal to a full dinner party.

Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are provided as standard. The initial fuel for the open fires is included, and the property has electric heating plus underfloor heating in both bathrooms. Outside, a garden offers a patio with a solid wooden table and four sun chairs, a parasol with solar lights, and a barbecue. On-site parking accommodates two cars. One well-behaved dog is welcome. The property is non-smoking throughout.

Bolsover lies between Sherwood Forest and the Peak District, making it convenient for walking and outdoor exploring. The town itself has a castle and regular markets on Tuesdays and Fridays. A pub is within a mile of the house.
