Greenwell Cottage is a four-bedroom house that sleeps eight across two floors, with the main living spaces on the ground and first levels and additional bedrooms upstairs. The ground floor holds a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge, opening onto a dining room. Upstairs, a first-floor lounge with smart TV leads to two double bedrooms and a bathroom with both bath and shower cubicle. The second floor adds another double and a twin bedroom, served by a separate shower room.
Outside, a private patio garden has seating and a hot tub for eight. Parking is provided for one car, with additional spaces nearby. Essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi—are included. The cottage suits groups or large families wanting their own self-contained space; it does not permit smoking.

A lovely immaculately presented cottage that smelt great. It was a good layout and it was well equipped with everything that we needed. Fabulous hot tub. Communication with the owner of the cottage was seemless. I was provided with all the information about the cottage before arrival and information was also present in the cottage. A perfect place to stay for a get away with friends.

A great place to stay, hidden away in the Town Centre of Bolsover. Ideally situated for everything in your stay!! Highly recommended and we aim to return, alongside telling to come and stay. 5 Star Plus!

We had a lovely stay at this gorgeous cottage located in a beautiful area. It was very clean and the decor was really nice! Big bathrooms and comfy beds and a nice relaxing hot tub. Can't wait to visit again.
