Hillcrest began life as a spa, and that heritage shapes everything about it. The building retains its leisure-focused character—there's an indoor hot tub for six, a dedicated relaxation area with beds, and a party room with karaoke and a bar setup. A sound system runs through the house, controllable from your phone via Bluetooth. The property sleeps ten across five bedrooms on two floors: three doubles and two twin rooms, with four bathrooms between them.

The ground floor holds two bedrooms, a shower room, separate toilet, and the kitchen. That kitchen is genuinely equipped: electric oven and hob, dishwasher, American fridge freezer, microwave. Upstairs are three more bedrooms—one double with its own shower room, two twins with ensuite showers. A large dining table seats ten. The lounge has a 75-inch Smart TV with Netflix and Freeview. Outside, a patio with garden furniture sits behind the property in an enclosed space; there are five garden steps. Parking is available on site for three cars, with additional free spaces nearby. Electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are included. No smoking inside.
