What visitors say
First time here after hearing about this place from a staff at Argos. No complaints, no regret. All the staffs are amazingly friendly. The price to get in is very affordable and the food is superb. Family of 5, entry fee, food, drink and play all under £100. All my kids found their own separate play areas that they enjoyed. The place is clean aswell. Overall 100%. You can stay for 2 hours. There is mascots aswell to play and dance with the kids. My kids loved it and I enjoyed the stay.

I ordered a side of ‘fruit and veg’ little to my surprise did I receive a slice of carrot a thinnnn slice of cucumber half a slice of orange and they were kind enough to slice the 1 grape in half 🤦🏽♀️😩 surely that’s not ok ? Also the mayo pasta with abit of S&P seasoning was awful could have made a better one n brought it with me. Will be doin so next time. Not a reflection on staff they have all been polite and patient if anything its why I’m writing a review because the food was that bad and I don’t wanna make staff feel bad it’s not their fault

We had a party for my grandaughter at crazy town, she chose the disco party. Their were 15 kids in total. The staff were great. A reserved table was waiting for the adults and children. The food was great. I would recommend a party here. The staff and place was great 👍

I attended a children’s party here and, as my daughter has coeliac disease, she has to follow a very strict gluten free diet. I spoke with a member of staff who kindly introduced me to the chef. He was more than happy to show me the food in its packaging and explain how it was prepared. I honestly can’t thank them enough for the help and reassurance they provided. The chef explained exactly what procedures they follow and how the team communicates clearly about which food is for who, which gave me real confidence. The ladies running the party also came over to ask questions to make sure everything was correct and to give me extra peace of mind. Thank you again to the whole team. I hope anyone reading this who has similar concerns about allergies or coeliac disease feels reassured that they take it seriously and did a fantastic job.
