Fantastic accommodation for a great price! Rooms were clean and spacious. About 5 minute walk from a train station which brings you into the city centre in around 20 minutes. Kitchen stocked with pastries and cereals for breakfast. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in Liverpool!

Wonderful little two night stay - great communication prior to check-in. Room was a lovely size, very clean and well equipped as was the communal kitchen - you really can't fault the amount of care and effort put in here for the money, will be back soon. Wonderful.

Having stayed here before and not being disappointed, we opted to stay here again. Wow, it gets better with every visit !!. Just cannot fault the owners at this guest house. The property is immaculate, the facilities, faultless... the location, brilliant. Thank you, Sarah for yet another fantastic stay.
