About Waites Farm Glamping

Tucked into a wildflower meadow in the Lincolnshire Wolds, Waites Farm Glamping puts you within easy reach of both the coast and the area's rolling hills – a prime spot for exploring this underrated corner of England. The site itself is wonderfully low-key: just a handful of well-spaced pitches (most named after farmyard animals), each with its own eco toilet and firepit for stargazing evenings. Cars stay parked away from the pitches, so children can roam freely across the meadow and games area.

Guests rave about the thoughtful touches here – a well-stocked honesty shop, hot showers, and homemade pizzas available on site. The games room keeps everyone entertained when you fancy a break from the outdoors. It's a peaceful, family-friendly setup run by welcoming hosts who've clearly put real care into the details. Boston and Spilsby are both a short drive for supplies, or you could settle in at a local country pub instead.

Just got back from another lovely stay! The field is so peaceful and you get privacy from other pitches because of the beautiful tall grasses and wild flowers. We had pizzas on the Friday night which were delicious and so welcome after pitching the tent and getting set up. We got charcoal and delicious butchers burgers from the honesty shop for the second night. So great to have your own (very clean) loo on your pitch and there’s also posh flushing loos in the games room. Showers are lovely and warm and clean. Lloyd and Carol are so friendly and helpful. I accidentally left our camping cooker at home and they were more than happy to lend us one. We loved toasting marshmallows over the camp fire too!

Update May 2026: I revisited Waites Farm over the May Bank Holiday weekend. Hosts Carol and Lloyd couldn't do enough for us, with making sure they met my dietary requirements when making the pizzas (which were delicious) to providing recommendations on where to go for a day out at the beach. The games room has improved a lot since my last visit and it's a great addition for those rainy days. The site is a perfect place to escape to for some peaceful connection with nature. Can't wait to return.

We had a wonderful stay. The glamping bell tents have everything you may need, from your every own bbq, hob, kettle, pans, plates and cups, not to mention toilet roll. It was very clean and surprisingly warm, with thick duvets and super comfy beds. The kids loved playing pool and darts and the shop was very well stocked. We will definitely be coming back next summer.

Liked Good pitch sizes, handy toilet right next to each pitch, lovely owners. The honesty shop was great, not too expensive and had everything you might need including fire wood & marshmallow kits! The communal sink had hot water, showers were nice and hot. The games room was great and the owners cooked home made pizzas on Friday which were delicious! It was a very special camping trip for us as we got engaged on the Cluck Cluck pitch!! Disliked Could do with an extra sink at the shower area. More taps around the site would be useful as some of the pitches are quite far away from the only tap.
