Sea Home is a recently refurbished apartment in Boscombe, a coastal neighbourhood in Dorset. The entire ground-floor property sits just a short walk from the pier, with sea views across dual aspect windows. A double bedroom with ensuite shower, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a family bathroom with bath and shower serve four guests. The kitchen is fully fitted for self-catering, with a dishwasher, washer-dryer, gas hob and electric oven, and an open-plan dining area flows into the living space where a smart TV provides entertainment. WiFi, heating, bed linen and towels are included.

Outside, a private patio opens onto a garden with seating and furniture. Parking for one car is on site. One well-behaved pet can stay free of charge. The property is no-smoking. Note that there are steep steps leading into the garden, and the maximum occupancy is two adults and two children.

Boscombe's sandy beaches are within easy reach for swimming and sunbathing, while the pier is a few minutes' walk away. A surf school operates nearby for those wanting to learn, and the neighbourhood has shops, cafés and restaurants clustered around the seafront and High Street.
