Boscombe's seafront location means the beach is within walking distance, and the promenade connects you to Bournemouth's wider attractions—from water sports to local galleries and restaurants. Reef Haven sits on the first floor of a residential building with lift access and private parking for one car.

The apartment is arranged around an open-plan living space with a kitchen that has an electric oven, hob, dishwasher and washer-dryer, so you can cook properly or keep laundry under control. Two double bedrooms—one with an en-suite shower room—are separated by a main bathroom with a bath and shower over. The essentials are included: heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi. No smoking is permitted inside.

This suits couples or small families wanting a base for beach days and coastal walks, or anyone needing proper cooking facilities and extra bathroom space for a week away. Check-in is after 4pm and checkout before 10am.

I bought a flat in Reef Manor in late 2025 and my experience has been very disappointing. After completion I found multiple serious snagging issues that were not resolved beforehand, including leaks after heavy rain, unfinished or poor-quality internal work, and appliances that were not even connected. Getting the developer to respond and actually fix things has been extremely difficult, and several other residents have told me they have also been waiting a long time for their snagging to be completed. Although the building was marketed as a high-end new development with a 10-year warranty, in reality the after-care and support have been very poor in my opinion. If you are thinking about buying here, I strongly recommend that you: Arrange your own independent snagging inspection before you exchange contracts. Insist on seeing all warranty documents and certificates in writing (ICW, electrical, fire safety, appliances, etc.). Do your own independent financial checks on the developer (for example, using Companies House or other sources) – do not assume that anyone else has done this for you. This is simply my honest experience as an owner, but I hope it helps other buyers go in with their eyes open.
