ODEON Leeds-Bradford Luxe

This is my go too cinema came in a week ago to watch the last episodes of digital circus. It's sad to see how quiet the place is now it used to be so lively when I was a kid. The staff are great and very helpful though!

Really enjoyed the movie here. The recliner seats are great. The screen and sound are great. It’s just a little overpriced for eating. The parking is easy to find as there’s a lot of spaces. It’s clean and the staff are really helpful

This place was great when it got its refurb. WAS. Now, every time I go, there's always an issue. Whether it's projector issues, air conditioning always too high or "not working", rude guests who are never addressed by staff, etc. I went to watch Scary Movie recently and, granted, it was during the heatwave, but I could have sworn the room was twice as hot as it was outside. I've never dripped sweat from my forehead in a cinema before. The management clearly don't know how to maintain a good cinema. Upper management need to take a hold, because I will certainly be seeking better experiences at other establishments from now on. And imagine others will, too. Great nachos and salsa though! 👌

Overall, my last visit to Odeon Leeds was fantastic. The combination of friendly service, comfortable amenities, and high-quality viewing made it a memorable outing. I would highly recommend Odeon Leeds to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable cinema experience. It’s definitely a place I’ll be returning to soon!
