Great place for climbing. Very traditional technical style routes. Slightly pricey but fairly average. One of the staff members is very rude from what I’ve experienced. The rest of them are lovely. If your looking for a traditional gym i recommend here

Today I took my son for kids climbing, I've got 2 kids 1 is 3 and other one is for 1. 3 year old one was climbing while 1 year old ran in to the parking i asked for help from the staff, guy who was supervising climbing. He didn't help me to climb down my son , I ran in to the parking n me 3 year old one jump down. He was crying a lot. That guy was just sitting he was not bothered about the kid climbing up.

This was an amazing venue to go climbing at, where me and my friend were checked in promptly at the reception desk. The walls have a strong variety, including diagonal, curved and high vertical ones. Holes prove suitable for gaging difficulty levels; I moved on the blue ones after the earlier holes and found the skills had come for these!

This is quite a money-minded establishment. We’ve been coming climbing with our 3-year-old daughter for many months during the play sessions. Today, we had booked for the afternoon session but couldn’t make it, so we thought of checking if she could join the morning one instead. Since our daughter gets very excited when she sees the climbing centre, we parked far away so she wouldn’t see it, and my husband went in alone to ask if a swap was possible. He was told that she couldn’t participate in the session but could still come in and play. There was no mention that this meant she could only play in the adult area — which obviously isn’t suitable for a toddler. Based on that information, we decided to go in, thinking it was fine as she usually doesn’t participate much in the instructor-led session anyway. But once we entered, we were told she could only play in the adult area. Naturally, she couldn’t manage there and got upset, crying and wanting to leave — exactly what we were trying to avoid by checking first. Advice to management: Please be clear and transparent with your customers. If toddlers aren’t allowed to use the play area during certain sessions, make that very clear upfront. Don’t sell or allow bookings for toddlers when they can’t actually play safely. I understand that rules are needed, but this felt more about making money than caring about your customers — especially disappointing when it involves small children.
