What visitors say
We visited this morning with our 3 children who all have autism and had a great time. Unfortunately didn't get the name of the woman that served us on the front desk but she was so helpful! She accommodated us brilliantly, we asked for a quieter lane and she put us over in lanes 1-4 which are completely seperate from the rest of the lanes, she asked if she could turn the music down for us, let us know that we could get a concession ticket. Just overall really nice and helpful and we really appreciated it. We had a great time and the kids can't wait to come back 😊

Took my partner here for their birthday and had an amazing time. Staff were lovely, reasonably priced for the bowling and the arcade games they have are a great mix. They're on the ground floor so disabled friendly the only thing we found was a bit of an issue was the volume of the music they had playing my partner had to turn their hearing aids down and I struggled to hear as it was too loud for us personally but saying that it was an amazing day.

I would like to recognize Lisa for the exceptional care and kindness she showed during a bowling party my daughter attended this morning (31st May). My daughter became overwhelmed, and Lisa went above and beyond to help her feel safe, calm, and supported. Lisa was patient, compassionate, and attentive throughout the situation. She took the time to reassure my daughter, helping her regain her confidence and enjoy the rest of the party. Her understanding and genuine concern made a difficult moment much easier for both my daughter and me. Employees like Lisa make a lasting difference. Her professionalism, empathy, and willingness to go the extra mile are truly commendable. We are incredibly grateful for her support and wanted to make sure her outstanding efforts were recognized.

We booked two games for 2pm and arrived way too early. Tenpin were able to move up our booking almost an hour. It was appreciated. The bowling itself was great, everything was clean and staff were helpful. The arcade games in Tenpin were also good and varied. I'd recommend a visit
